I spent time worshipping and
waiting upon the Lord for Him to operate in Visions through me. Nothing happened and I fell asleep.
-
I woke-up quite frustrated and complained
before the Lord that He was not working within my life powerfully
enough. I wanted stronger visions, and not just impressions. I wanted to see “clear”
pictures and not vaguely darkened ones.
-
God then told me to put my hand on my
sternum and breath in the Holy Spirit’s world and breath. The 1st thing I saw was a refrigerator.
He told me to open it, and I
did. He asked me then to describe what
I saw. Expecting to see food, I instead
saw bottles. However, they were of different colors with different colored drinks in them as well; (blue, red, green, pink, white, yellow, orange, purple). I then saw myself reaching for a bottle with blue liquid in it, and started to drink it quickly.
The liquid was consumed to until
there was half the bottle, and though I kept on drinking, it did not
empty itself but was always at the same half-level
marking as before.
-
I then asked the Lord what it
meant and He spoke the interpretation to me:
Refrigerator - God’s Storehouse of Plenty
Diff. Colored bottles
and drinks - Different gifts, intensities,
graces, strengths, of the Holy Spirit
Drinking 1 bottle
Only - The
Lord spoke to me and said “one bottle at a time.” I want you to finish this first bottle and
then we will proceed to drink from the other bottles.”
Blue bottle/drink - Like
Gatorade soft drink. He wanted me to start with the “soft” drinks first.
Other colored
Drinks - different drinks with different
strengths in corresponding order:
Juice, wine, beer, champagne, gin, rum, scotch, tequila, vodka, etc.
-
The drinks ascended in strength, therefore having a corresponding “buzz” or “drunkenness.” The “more drunk”
you are, the sooner you start to see visions, sights or
hallucinations.
Conclusion:
The
Lord revealed to me that I must “drink one drink at
a time”, so that I can get my vessel used
to His Glory, in “ascending”
levels. He said that if He gave
me too strong a drink from the beginning, it could hurt
me eventually or my wine skin could burst. The
damage might not show up at the beginning
but later on. The phrase came to mind “The higher
they go, the harder they fall”. The Lord then told me that just as fathers
may introduce drinks to their sons, they do it gradually,
knowing that their bodies and brains can’t take too strong a drink at the
beginning.
You
must be able to drink moderately and still maintain your composure or ability
to partake of the drink. I don’t want
you to be a “slobbering drunk” or one who
has become a “castaway” because he could not “manage or
keep under” his body, life, or even ministry .
And
as you ascend in ability and grace to partake
of stronger “spirits”, I will give you more!
1 Cor 9:27
27 But I keep under my body, and bring it
into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I
myself should be a castaway.
